Eg har arbeidd ved Høgskulen på Vestlandet (tidlegare Høgskulen i Sogn og Fjordane) sidan 2010, frå hausten 2017 som førsteamanuensis. Eg er involvert i tre forskings- og utviklingarbeid i barnehagen, Active Learning Norwegian Prescool(er)s (ACTNOW), Move-play-explore in early childhood education (MoveEarly) og Moving Towards a Thriving Early Childhood Workforce (THRIWE).
